I grew up in Buffalo, N.Y. and East Lansing, MI. I went to undergraduate at Michigan State University, where both my parents are faculty. I then attended medical school at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. It is one of the largest medical schools in the country and I got to see a lot of interesting medical conditions there. I did my residency training at University of Michigan, which is a renowned medical center. After that, I served on staff there for two years, teaching medical students and residents.

I feel that I am finally able to build relationships with my patients and take the extra care needed since I am now in control of my schedule.

In 2000, my husband and I moved to California to enjoy the fair weather. I worked for Kaiser Permanente for four years. I enjoyed my time at Kaiser but finally decided to leave and join my husband in private practice. We have now worked together building our practice for over 10 years and I feel that I am able to build relationships with my patients and provide the best care for them.

When not at work I am a mom to two very busy kids. I also enjoy reading, traveling, and am learning to play golf.
