⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Care and Highly Accurate Diagnosis!I cannot recommend Dr. Sharma highly enough. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt heard and cared for. What sets him apart as an orthopedic surgeon is his willingness to truly dive into the details of your pain. He didn't just rush through a standard exam; he asked the right questions, thoroughly investigated my symptoms, and listened attentively to everything I had to say.Not only was he incredibly thorough, but he also dealt with my condition promptly and with absolute accuracy. He quickly identified the root cause of my pain and laid out a clear, effective treatment plan that provided fast relief. Dr. Sharma, replaced both knees of mine six and seven years ago, and my hands are so wrecked from my job that I needed to go get some Cortizone shots and he was so nice to me and didn’t make me feel like I had to rush, and I really miss him. Such a nice guy… The shots hurt like hell, but, that’s part of the package. I recommended him to a few of my friends because he’s awesome.

I tore my rotator cuff playing tennis and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t play tennis any more and couldn’t raise my arm without it hurting. I saw an orthopedic surgeon at UCSF who said the tears were bad and may not be fixable even with a 2.5 hour surgery. I left UCSF in tears devastated and then I was very fortunate to meet Dr. Samir Sharma.
Dr. Samir Sharma was very cordial, friendly and extremely confident that he could fix all the tears in my rotator cuff. He gave me the assurance I really needed that I would be ok and that he would be able to fix everything. He is clearly very knowledgeable and is a definitely a top tier expert at this. He repaired all 3 tears very quickly in just a 45 min surgery.
He prepped me that the recovery would be long and hard and that I would need to be patient. The first few weeks were very difficult but I am 7 months post surgery and doing great! I cannot thank Dr. Sharma enough and would highly recommend anyone who has tears in their rotator cuff to see him!

Really like Dr.Sharma as a person, very pleasant and had not needed to see him until this week regarding potential knee damage from 3 falls this year. He requested x-rays and MRI, which were done weeks prior for this appointment. Disappointing, as he did not show me either of them, or have them at appointment, he merely gave his opinion that he had seen them and it was arthritis. He showed me a knee piece & explained, but never showed me MY MRI & X-rays, nor did he even look at either of my knees, or my bakers cysts or to check for swelling or anything else. No checking walk, or physical limitations. He used to be quite thorough, so I was very surprised. I felt very disappointed as much was missing out of this first appointment. I also had horrible experiences with SimonMed, and their call center, the one recommended by his office and letterhead rx given. I heard from another of his patients, my friend, who also hated SimonMed and honestly, neither of us will be back. I hope this is viewed as constructive criticism. Also, his PA, signed his own name on the MRI/xray slip, where Dr.Sharma should have signed, thus another call to get that corrected. Some staff and all call center people obviously not getting trained enough and don't have correct information, including phone numbers to get through to the real office personnel. Horrible experience, spent days on this getting more and more frustrated and jerked around and around. Finally, drove down to office to get x-ray I eventually booked with real office worker at Simon Med, and the front door had a big sign saying "No X-rays Today! So, went elsewhere..anywhere but SimonMed..they are a disaster! Hope this is used constructively to ensure major improvements needed.

Dr Sharma and his staff are professional and friendly. Dr Sharma performed surgery on my left shoulder and I’m completely healed and as good as before. The pain management was amazing, very little pain.

Excellent patient care. Doctors provide treatment options based on your individual needs. They "do not" over book, leaving you waiting long after your scheduled appointment. Clean, Professional and easy parking.

Dr. Samir Sharma, his clinic colleagues and office staff have been caring for me after a serious fall resulting in serious knees & elbow injuries. .
From the begining, the service has been very professional, friendly and informative to my husband & I. Let's start from the reception - The staff are welcoming, well prepared and willing to offer any information requested. The atmosphere gives you the confidence of efficiency and made me feel comfortable. Needless to say my appointments went very well. All future office visits & procedures performed were just as perfect. Going forward I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Sharma & his clinics. The choice of writing this review is totally voluntary due to our satisfaction. Thank you all.

I waited for 4 weeks for the appointment with this particular doctor and he never saw me. Instead, there was another doctor who showed up to see me without any previous notice. Disappointing.

Excellent Orthopedic doctors with great front staff. If you are a Department of Labor OWCP patient and live in the Monterey,Santa Clara, Santa Cruz or San Mateo counties and don’t have to put up with seeing doctors many hours drive from your home then this practice is for you.
